PROVIDENCE – Rhode Island State Police have reported a series of arrests following various incidents throughout the state. At 9:20 a.m., troopers apprehended Justin Silva, 45, from Cumberland, on multiple warrants including two for Family Court violations and one for shoplifting based on a warrant issued by the Cumberland Police Department.
