Former Rhode Island Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea has been tapped to head a green energy non-profit in Puerto Rico. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as President and CEO at Puerto Rico Green Energy Trust! The Puerto Rico Green Energy Trust is an independent, nonprofit organization created to foster and fund research, development and infrastructure projects that promote clean and renewable energy in Puerto Rico,” said Gorbea in an announcement.
