EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – United States Highway Administrator Shailen Bhatt joined Rhode Island state officials Monday to discuss the future of the Washington Bridge. Bhatt gave his thoughts on whether workers can continue repairs on the bridge or if it will have to be torn down and replaced.
