Jadan Miorke,34, a veneer tech, reportedly performed the procedure on Sheron Robinson after the victim was enticed by the ad for Forever Veneers, which offered 20 veneers for $8,700. According to Click2Houston, the account has over 54,000 followers and appears to show satisfied clients with completed dental work. Robison traveled to Houston in February for an appointment and said the clinic looked legitimate, noting the office’s cleanliness and staff wearing scrubs.

On February 22, Robinson visited Truth Dental in Bellaire for a deep cleaning before heading to Forever Veneers for a 3D scan performed by Miorke. He returned to Houston on March 13 for a final appointment. During the procedure, Miorke allegedly used dental power tools to grind down Robinson’s teeth, worked alone, and started the procedure at 9 p.m.
