SCITUATE – Rhode Island State Police had a busy Friday, September 6, with a series of arrests ranging from shoplifting to violating a no contact order. Troopers started the day at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal at 10:25 a.m., where they arrested Eric Martin, 46, of Warwick, on a warrant for shoplifting charges from the Coventry Police Department.
