PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – Ocean State gasoline prices are continuing to drop as summer wanes, according to AAA Northeast. The average gas price in Rhode Island is down eight cents from last week, averaging $3.14 per gallon, 23 cents lower than a month ago, and 59 cents lower than a year ago.
