(WJAR) – The second University of Rhode Island student accused of assaulting an officer after police responded to a house party faced a judge Tuesday. According to officials, 20-year-old Jake Dignam is accused of shoving a police officer who came to break up the party in the Bonnet Shores neighborhood.
