Stop & Shop is making some big changes at stores in the smallest state. Stop & Shop, an Ahold Delhaize USA banner that is one of the largest grocery chains on the East Coast, is lowering prices and fees and rolling out new customer-facing kiosks at its 25 stores in Rhode Island.
