PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Division of Forest Environment issued a red flag warning that will be in effect until 8 p.m. Saturday. The National Weather Service said a red flag warning “means warm temperatures, very low humidities, and stronger winds” produce an increased fire risk.
