PROVIDENCE – A series of arrests were made by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the HIDTA Task Force on Dec. 18, targeting individuals involved in various criminal activities including drug offenses and shoplifting. Odell Foye, 37, was apprehended for allegedly possessing and intending to deliver cocaine.
