A South Carolina jury recently found two men guilty of murder, according to the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
On Oct. 9, both Qutairus Capers-Mitchell and Ti’Zaveis Grampus were convicted of murdering Emmanuel Johnson in 2023, the solicitor’s office said in a news release.
