The warden of Lee Correctional Institution has been suspended without pay after being arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Sumter County, ABC affiliate WPDE reported.
Shane Jackson was arrested Thursday, according to South Carolina Department of Corrections Director of Communications Chrysti Shain.
