Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) criticized Republican primary candidate and former ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley in a post on X, formerly Twitter, ahead of the polls closing in New Hampshire Tuesday.
“If Nikki Haley decides to drag this out to South Carolina, her political career will be over too,” the post read.
Greene is a staunch ally of Haley’s rival, former President Donald Trump — who faces 91 criminal counts across four state and federal cases .
“President Trump is not a new candidate. He was our president for four years. He has a record we can trust,” Greene said in a video accompanying the post.
Trump on Haley: ‘I don’t care if she stays in’
Trump made his obligatory polling station stop in Londonberry, N.H., greeting cheering supporters, predicting victory, and professing a lack of concern about Haley’s campaign future.
“I don’t care if she stays in,” Trump told reporters during the stop. “Let her do whatever she wants. It doesn’t matter.”
