CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The climate is changing, and humans aren’t the only ones feeling the effects of rising temperatures. 2023 was the hottest year ever recorded. Researchers are looking into how the changing climate could affect creatures below the surface. They start by using something called the Climate Vulnerability Index.
