Bill to remove permit, training mandates to carry guns in SC up for debate in Senate

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A fight is back on at the State House over whether South Carolina will loosen up gun restrictions. This effort, to make South Carolina the 28th state to enact “permitless carry” or “constitutional carry,” would allow adults to openly carry loaded weapons without needing any training or a permit.
