RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) – DHEC is offering free testing for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases on Tuesday, in recognition of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. DHEC is encouraging all races and ethnicities to take advantage of the free testing to know their health statuses when it comes to STDs and HIV.
