BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) – Victor Lee Turner, the man charged with murdering his five-year-old son Justin in 1989, has been granted bond in the amount of $50,000. On Feb. 8, Judge Roger M. Young ordered that Turner will be released from the Hill-Finklea Detention Center upon the posting of a $50,000 surety bond. Turner was also ordered to not have any contact with the victims, to not leave South Carolina, to not violate any laws, and to appear for all scheduled court appearances.
