RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) – Governor Henry McMaster held a ceremonial bill signing on Wednesday. The ceremonial signing took place at 9:30 am in the Governor’s Office at the SC State House. Gov. McMaster signed H.3690, the ESG Pension Protection Act.
