COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) – Gov. Henry McMaster is set to announce his state budget vetoes Wednesday morning. The governor was set to hold a news conference at the State House at 11 a.m. to reveal what he plans to cut from the state’s $13 billion spending plan. That news conference had not begun as of 11:30 a.m. but was expected to begin shortly.
