SOUTH CAROLINA (WBTV) – Election Day polls opened at 7 a.m. in South Carolina, giving citizens of the state a chance to make their voices heard. Polls in the Palmetto State will remain open until 7 p.m., although anyone in line when the cutoff time arrives will still be allowed to vote.
