U-Pick Strawberry Season Kicks Off At McLeod Farms In McBee, SC!

The u-pick strawberry season has come around again, and we couldn’t be more excited! There are numerous locations in South Carolina where you can pick your own strawberries, but this particular spot might just be our top pick!

If you’re wondering about the location of McBee, it can be found 31 miles to the northeast of Camden and 31 miles to the northwest of Florence.

The u-pick strawberry season for 2022 kicks off on April 14 and continues until Saturday, May 21. You can pick your own strawberries on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you can’t make it to the farm on a Saturday during the u-pick season, don’t worry! The McLeod Farms Roadside Market is stocked with freshly picked strawberries, ensuring you won’t miss out. The market operates every day of the week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
