OST president upset with Governor Noem over her address on the border crisis

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) – For the second time since 2019, the Oglala Sioux Tribe takes issue with South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, banning her from the Pine Ridge Reservation. The issue now is the governor’s address about the southern border crisis to a joint session of the state legislature last Thursday. The governor said the illegal migrant problem impacts South Dakota because of links from drug cartels to a gang called Ghost Dancers, who reportedly operate on the reservation and Rapid City.
