RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Snow will begin to fall overnight and start to accumulate across portions of western South Dakota and northeast Wyoming. This will make for a slippery morning commute for Valentine’s Day. Snow showers will stick around through the morning, but taper off into the afternoon, with exception for the Black Hills region. Accumulations will be highest in the northern hills with 2″-5″ possible there, but from Rapid City and out toward the Badlands, expect about 1″-3″ of snow, with up to 4″ possible.
