SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Once the sun came out and the wind picked up from the west temperatures started warming quickly. High temperatures reached the mid 20s where there is the thickest snow cover, most everywhere else reached the 30s. A few locations in northern KELOLAND reached the low to mid 40s.
