RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – South Dakota Fourth Circuit Court Judge Eric Strawn dismissed all claims in Hideaway Hills residents’ class-action lawsuit against the State of South Dakota. Plaintiff attorney Kathy Barrow said this decision was “not unexpected” and her team plans to appeal the case to a higher court.
