PIERRE, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Last month, the South Dakota State Library awarded certification to 38 librarians from 27 libraries at an annual conference in Aberdeen. The certification program recognizes library directors and staff who meet certification standards and acknowledges those who have regularly updated their knowledge and skills.
