New bill would make blocking I-40 Bridge a felony, allow protestors to be sued. A Mid-South lawmaker is now calling for an investigation into why no one was arrested during a Pro-Palestinian protest that shut down the I-40 bridge this weekend. Tennessee State Senator Brent Taylor is also proposing a bill that he hopes would deter demonstrations like this in the future.
