SLED is asking for your help locating a man who escaped from a Tennessee jail and was last seen in the upstate.
43 year old Billy Reed Fletcher escaped from the Carter County Detention Center in Tennessee on June 20 and was last seen June 24 leaving Walmart on White Horse Road in Greenville County. Fletcher is a 6’2” white man, approximately 230 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair.
If you see this man, or have any information on where he may be, please contact Crime Stoppers of Greenville by calling (864) 23 – CRIME immediately. Authorities warned not to approach Fletcher. Tips leading to an arrest could be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
