NASHVILLE, TN – Century Communities, a leading national homebuilder recognized for its online home sales and featured in Newsweek’s Most Trustworthy Companies lists, said it is significantly expanding its presence in the Greater Nashville area. The company announced several new communities, including Slatewood in Murfreesboro, set to open in November, and three others—Averitt Landing in Lebanon, Canebrake at Hickory Hills in Old Hickory, and Morgan’s Place in Ashland City—all currently under construction and pre-selling.
