More than 92K East Texans cast early ballots in general election so far

TYLER, Texas ( KETK ) – East Texans are hitting the polls in record-numbers to cast their early ballots ahead of the Nov. 5 election.

Since the first day of early voting on Oct. 21, more than 92,393 East Texans have made their decision on several races listed on their ballot.

The final day to vote early in Texas is Nov. 1. The Texas Secretary of State website has cumulative totals of early voting turnout in all Texas counties provided by election officials.

KETK is updating a list of votes cast in East Texas counties of in-person or mail-in below. The percentages are how many votes cast per the amount of registered voters in the county.

Anderson – 1,641 (5.36%)

Angelina – 7,858 (14.04%)

Bowie – 6,946 (11.09%)

Camp – 1,222 (14.51%)

Cass – 1,932 (8.86%)

Cherokee – 2,234 (6.95%)

Franklin – 1,080 (14.21%)

Gregg – 5,800 (7.61%)
