LAYTON, Utah (KUTV) — Two teenage sisters in Layton are grieving the loss of their father, Hans Anderson, who died after a side-by-side accident in Utah County on the night of Oct. 31, their aunt said.
Utah County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ray Ormond said deputies were notified just before 9 p.m. of a rollover crash in the Strawberry Ridge area above Hobble Creek Canyon. Two people were in the side-by-side: a driver and a passenger.
An adult man in his 40s died from injuries sustained in the crash, Ormond said. An adult woman was also injured and taken to a local hospital. Her injuries were substantial but not life-threatening, he said…
