SALT LAKE CITY – An unexpected vote against the motion to impeach Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was cast by Utah Rep. Blake Moore. His procedural move added a twist to the proceedings in the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday. The move allows GOP lawmakers in the House to revisit the vote at a later day.
