SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) – Preparations are underway to execute a death row prisoner – something that hasn’t been done in over a decade. The execution of Taberon Honie is scheduled for August 8 at midnight via lethal injection. Honie is guilty of killing his ex-girlfriend’s mom in 1998.
