SALT LAKE CITY ( ABC4 )—Happy Tuesday, Utah! Get ready for another calm and pleasant day in the region. There will be plenty of sunshine, dry conditions, and above-normal temperatures.
Look for high temperatures to climb into the upper 60s and lower 70s north and the upper 70s to around 80 across southwest Utah!
Bottom Line?! Warmer and drier across the Beehive state this week.
A storm moving into the northwest will start to briefly break down our high-pressure ridge through Wednesday afternoon, but it won’t change much – just a steady warm-up through midweek. Temps will warm to about 10 to 15 degrees above normal by Wednesday.
A quick cold front will sweep through Wednesday night into Thursday, cooling things down a bit in the north, with little to no chance of any showers. Highs will drop back into the 50s to near 60 across the north on Thursday, and mid to upper 60s on Friday.
The ridge rebounds Friday, into the weekend bringing back the dry and warm weather. High temperatures will warm back to the 70s this weekend with low 80s across southwest Utah.
