SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) – Valley residents are braving the rain-slicked roads, while drivers in higher elevations are having to deal with snow just days ahead of Halloween. The wet part of this cold, wet weather isn’t expected to stick around through Oct. 31. An while things will start warming up on Thursday, it’ll be warming up from highs in the mid-40s for the Salt Lake Valley and nearly all other Utah areas.
