SALT LAKE CITY – Utah’s natural gas rates are a little cheaper just in time for winter. Enbridge Gas’s new base rate went into effect on Friday after receiving approval from the Utah Public Service Commission the day before. Company officials say the adjustment represents a slight 1.9% decrease, saving the typical resident about $12.57 per year.
