LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) – This month ABC13 is partnering with the Interfaith Outreach Association as our Community Counts partner, highlighting what the non-profit organization does. Interfaith Outreach’s mission statement is to provide education, guidance, and support for neighbors in need in Central Virginia, and that includes folks in jail.
