Why didn’t Li spring into action?
Virginia fans of The Bold and the Beautiful, if you were watching earlier this week when Tom Star (Clint Howard died), you know that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) did not honor her Hippocratic Oath as a physician to “do no harm”.
Li was at Ill Giardino RestaurantI was at Ill Giardino Restaurant, where Tom was performing, when he fell to the ground and died., She should have immediately offered assistance as a doctor, but she stood in the background watching and did not move.

This does not indicate that she is the one who put the drugs in Tom’s drink, but why did she just stand there and watch? Perhaps she could not have saved him, but she should have at least made the attempt.
G. Pennington says Li looked guilty, but B&B viewers don’t know if she knew Tom. Cherrelle R. says ther must be a reason Li remained in the crowd instead of helping.
Casey H. thinks the writers are using Dr. Finnegan as a red herring. In the coming weeks, someone may recall that Dr. Finnegan was on hand and question her actions, so stay tuned.
