CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. – Virginia State Police (VSP) issued a Critically Missing Adult Alert for a 61-year-old man on Saturday morning. Donald Edward Thompson was last seen Friday on Interstate 95 southbound at mile marker 108 around 11:40 p.m., according to VSP, who said his disappearance “poses a credible threat to their health and safety.”
