Olympic silver medalist Katie Grimes, the top-rated recruit in the Class of 2024, has signed with the UVA Swimming program, coach Todd DeSorbo announced on Monday. Grimes was the youngest member of the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team, placing fourth in the 800 Free at 15 years old. After winning the 400 IM at the U.S. Olympic Trials in June, she earned a silver medal at the Paris Olympics, also competing in the 1500 Free (10th place).
