CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — As snow and ice are forecasted to impact Virginia, AAA is advising drivers to stay prepared and exercise caution. Morgan Dean, a spokesman for AAA Mid-Atlantic, says the upcoming storm will bring a mix of snow, sleet, freezing rain, and rain-conditions that could make roadways hazardous.
