Police in Washington say they successfully deployed new adhesive GPS tracking technology to monitor a fleeing suspect rather than engage in a potentially dangerous vehicle pursuit.
The Marysville Police Department on Wednesday shared body-worn camera video of the Oct. 26 pursuit, which involved the use of StarChase, a system that can deploy an adhesive GPS tracking device onto a vehicle.
