OLYMPIA, Wash. – Candidates and measures that will be on the Nov. 5 General Election ballot were certified on Thursday by the Washington Secretary of State. Eligible Washington voters will vote for the next U.S. president, a U.S. Senate seat, nine statewide executives and various congressional, legislative, judicial and local races.
