Saturday through Early Next Week : A high-pressure system will keep the weather dry and mild with light winds. By Monday night, a slight chance of rain will develop in the Washington and Oregon Cascades, with breezy conditions possible by Wednesday in the Kittitas Valley and Columbia Basin.
