ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) — A lottery player in the Onalaska area won $100,000 after purchasing a winning “All or Nothing” ticket at a local Kwik Trip, according to the Wisconsin Lottery.
The winning ticket was sold at the Kwik Trip located at 1802 E. Main St. for the Oct. 31 drawing.
