WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – The next few days will be busy travel days across the country and in North Central Wisconsin. The weather will be causing some concerns, particularly on Monday. A clipper-type system will spread light snow and snow showers into the region, likely leading to at least slippery and perhaps snow covered roads in the region. A First Alert to be prepared for this to impact your travel on the roads from Monday morning to late afternoon. Milder than average temperatures and dry on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, along with the start of Hanukkah. The next weather maker later in the new week will likely produce rain and not snow.
