NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Brooklyn and Queens in anticipation of upcoming heavy rain.
The warning is in effect until 1:30 p.m. Monday, as the NWS predicts areas will get one to two inches of rain, which could flood highways and streets.
