STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police identified Junxiong Zhu as the 76-year-old pedestrian who was struck and killed by an 2025 GMC Terrain on Hylan Boulevard in Great Kills Wednesday morning.
The fatal incident occurred at about 7:53 a.m. on Hylan and Nelson Avenue, according to a statement from the NYPD.
