STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Homeowners in Arrochar say that nearby construction has been causing their homes to shake for months, and one city agency plans to investigate.
Residents on Knauth Place say their homes have been shaken and damaged since construction at the former St. John Villa Academy site started.
