(WGHP) — Many Verizon customers in the Piedmont Triad have reported service problems with cellular phones Saturday afternoon.
Problems with calls, voicemail and texts have been reported across multiple social media platforms.

Verizon, which has corporate headquarters in New York City, said that they are aware of the problems and working to solve them as soon as possible.
